We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days. Delivery usually takes between 6 to 20 business days, depending on your location and available stock. For metro areas, orders often arrive earlier.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we deliver only within Australia, however selected items may be available for international shipping on request. Please contact us for details.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders.

If I order multiple products will they all come together?

Depending on the items you select, your order may arrive in separate parcels. This is because some pieces are shipped from different warehouses, ensuring you receive your items as quickly as possible. Don’t worry, you’ll be provided with tracking details for each parcel so you can follow every delivery.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

What do I do if my item is faulty or damaged?

If your item is faulty, not as described, or damaged in transit, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or credit. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

The choice is yours, but many of our customers begin in October or November to enjoy the season longer. Our Autumn-to-Christmas crossover pieces can also help extend your styling into the festive period seamlessly.

Depending on your needs, requirements, and location our white glove installation service starts at $499.
